This is one of the funniest posts I've ever read. The blogger at fthe.net was given the task of hiring a security guy. The job was posted on some online sites and the resume deluge began. After seeing the results he decided to write an open letter to the applicants. In his words "turns out I hate everyone".

I understand you may not want to email your resume from your current employer, that’s fine, but if you don’t have at least one external email address you can get securely to, you’re not a “security guy” in the first place, go away.
