Users were able to steer Santa into admitting he was gay or that he was a pedophile. One person said “…..come on you like big hairy men -- don't hide it!” To which Santa responded, “I know, I know. I just hope you won't get mad at me.”

Stefanie wrote: Analysts have lauded the price cut and say PS3 sales will be strong this Christmas – although not as strong as Nintendo’s. “The PS3 is gathering momentum but Wii will remain the winner this Christmas because Sony took too long to cut prices,” says one analyst at an investment bank in Tokyo. “But the Sony games strategy is finally working and we haven’t seen that in the past two to three years.”
Another big problem with the PS3 is the lack of games. And that comes from the difficulty of developing the games. It's such a smart, but complex system that gaming companies are having to put a lot more effort into writing the games for that console. RE: A price cut too late for PlayStation 3 |

Page 411 of this 747-page bill is "Section 494(A): CAMPUS-BASED DIGITAL THEFT PREVENTION" wherein the bill's meaning takes a serious detour from its title. To prevent college students from illegally accessing copyrighted material, the section says all schools shall (when you see the word "shall" in a law, it's a requirement, not a suggestion): CONTINUED BELOW 1) Have "a plan for offering alternatives to illegal downloading or peer-to-peer distribution of intellectual property" and 2) Have "a plan to explore technology based deterrents to prevent such illegal activity." The craziest thing about this is that noncompliant schools would lose all their federal funding, for all their students. No more Pell Grants. No more federal financial aid. No more student loans.
