The quote above is from Drudge, but the Kos has all the important details in one place thats easy to find and link to, so he gets the link over Drudge.. The main reason I blog this is to keep track of the places where Bill O'Reilly has been caught in blatant lies, where he would have had to know the truth. O'Reilly 430,407, Franken 674,024, Hillary 1,084,520.. That's not even in the same ballpark. Not even close. People who have track records of lying should not be put in a position where they gain a reputation as a trusted news source.. A Prime Time news slot got Bill his rep, because it got him out in front of many more people then at any other previous point in his career. Good job Rupert, you have built a cult-of-personality out of a blatant liar. This is a great disservice to the american people, who you claim to serve in a "fair and balanced" way. Thanks to O'Reilly, we know without a doubt where Fox stands on ethics and journalism versus ratings, otherwise this guy would have been off the air a long time ago. I don't think I'm making a big deal of this either.. Newscasters that regularly get caught in lies should not be newscasters. Maybe he's taking the same reality manipulating pills Rush does. " Forget the fad of accosting random strangers to jack your headphones into their iPods. That's so two weeks ago. The future of on-the-go peer-to-peer music sharing is already starting to groove in Ireland. Media Lab Europe, research partner to MIT Media Lab, is testing tunA, a software application that employs Wi-Fi to locate nearby users, peek at their music playlist and wirelessly jack into their audio stream. Pronounced like the fish and signifying music "tunes" and "ad hoc" file sharing, tunA is being designed for wireless PDAs, cell phones and even its own hardware device. " Neat. "DAY ONE 5:10 pm It's late on a Sunday afternoon and nearly dark inside the tiny, windowless lab; fluorescent light is said to be bad for human embryos. I'm sitting beside Robert Lanza, medical director at Advanced Cell Technology. He's breathing softly, hands folded neatly in his lap, his head bowed as if in meditation. For years he's been preparing for this day - making plans, conducting preliminary tests, losing sleep. Now, on October 12, we're six hours into the experiment and all he can do is watch." This is a Google Bomb. Pass it on. It occurred to me that SiteFinder does not even show up on the first page, let alone at the top, of a Google search for "evil", whereas PowerPoint is number seven. This situation must be rectified. Note that evil is a high mountain to climb; perhaps "most evil" is a better first target. You decide. Democracy is a beautiful thing. Evil |

" Unlike the Grand Theft Auto series, which Mr Hastings conceded had an element of humour in its depiction of police chases, Manhunt "has none of that whatsoever". "In fact, you're rewarded for making the kills as gruesome as possible because that's the only way you can unlock the (game's) four bonus levels." " Hmmm...sounds like a good game. "I have my one fully automatic Pentax MZ5 and I love it. It's light, it's fast, and it has a decent, if a bit on the slow side, lens. It's nice for doing action shots - shot that D.O.A mini-concert and I'm pretty happy with the results. My little $400 full auto Pentax gives me 15 megapixel resolution if I scan the negatives in my 3600 dpi transparency scanner. In conjunction with good film shot in a fashion I've been able to nail down through experimentation, I get some incredible shots. Buy a 15 megapixel digital camera? No. " Photography and Why Digital Cameras Suck |
