Global warming is going to have a giant product rollout.
Somehow, I think this is a big portion of the credibility problems. Those who are on the fence about the causes of global warming don't trust the politics and rhetoric. I think energy solutions have value beyond global warming. Most of the short term solutions are fairly pointless. Looking to fix a sinking ship with bandaids is a bad idea. Law will not change nature, including human nature. If a technological solution is not found, we're fucked. The global warming propaganda machine capitalizes on fear the same way the war on terror does. The democrats need to claim that they're trying to save the world too.
