 ] and hacked into their e-mail accounts, investigators have
 ] learned - and he also betrayed members of his own family.

 ] Carmack not only stole his uncle Joseph's identity; his
 ] mentally disabled brother, James Jr., was also a victim,
 ] according to court papers.
