I just stumbled across this and found it interesting enough to post. It looks like they take several XML news feeds and maintain them chronologically by date and time so that you can look in on any snapshot in time and get the news from several sources for that timeframe.

I found them because they linked to memestreams by using the memestreams feed. I didn't know who might or might not already be aware of it.
