This is a wonderful link. After searching all morning to identify this plant growing in my yard, I found this link. Within 2 minutes with little scientific knowlege, I was able to correctly identify my plant. (It was periwinkle.)

In my case, there was only one possible match. The pictures I found verified that my plant was, indeed, periwinkle.

I'd never planted it, but after reading about it, I think I'll be keeping it.
