Ten commandments of cell phone etiquette
Topic: Society 1:31 pm EDT, Mar 19, 2007

One of the worst possible things you can do when text messaging is to be driving. Believe it or not, there are people who try to make sure they are pressing the right buttons and completely forget they should be looking at where they are going. This needs no explanation to say what could happen.

The internet is faceless, we can't actually see those we help»» and maybe it's better that way for some people. Maybe people need to know they can help a cause financially without feeling too much guilt. I'm not one of those who can do that (sometimes). I went to the website and after reading some of the proposals I envisioned the faces of kids and teenagers who want to learn and teachers who are frustrated due to the lack of funding.

Meth Addicts Demand Government Address Nation’s Growing Spider Menace
Topic: Society 12:59 pm EST, Feb 21, 2007

Following the tragic falling death of 32-year-old methamphetamine addict who was reportedly attacked by spiders while scaling a large construction crane near Palo Alto, CA, thousands of outraged and confused meth addicts marched frenetically on Washington as part of a week of activities urging the federal government to address the nation’s growing spider epidemic.

Several other unnamed addicts who wandered in and out of the hearings described their efforts to establish “an open dialogue” with the spiders, but said the arachnids responded by growing dramatically in size and speaking with the voices of John Goodman, Gene Hackman, and Rosie Perez, bringing the first round of negotiations to an abrupt end.

Some things are so monstrous it forces me question life
Topic: Society 8:00 pm EST, Feb 16, 2007

No one has to read they're local city newspaper to know that all of us live in a fucked up era. It surrounds on a daily basis no matter where we go or how hard we try to remember the good things and good people in our lives. Some people have overlooked the malevolence so well that they themselves become part of the habitual life. Others are so overwhelmed by the hate and grief that they are terminally depressed and become one of its victims. The rest of us find structure just outside madness and the rare few creates symphonies within it that builds positives out of the negative and the heinous evil.

The introduction of a new flower with an undated modernized meaning

In a world full of possibilities and variety I continuously find holes in commercialism and single life precision. Valentines Day has just pasted but I can not let it going without reflecting on the fact that there is no "I lust you" rose.

A federal judge in Texas has dismissed a lawsuit against MySpace stemming from the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl. Judge Sam Sparks held that MySpace has no obligation to protect the youngster, identified only as "Julie Doe," from a crime committed by another user of the social networking site. "If anyone had a duty to protect Julie Doe, it was her parents, not MySpace," the judge wrote.
