Unfortunately for me, I have too much personal experience in doctor's offices and hospitals. I will definitely agree with others that nurses can make all the difference, especially when the doctor has only industry skills and knowledge and no patient relationship skills. I've met both the good and the bad nurses. So, if I can encourage one future nurse in developing their people skills as being as valuable as their industry skills... than I'll be a happy future patient.
