That may have been the case so long as the processor was open, and anyone could access supervisor mode. But TCPA changes that completely. "The US Supreme Court has narrowly decided, by a vote of five justices to four, that state funds can be used to pay for religious schools. The ruling is a victory for the religious right, which wants the biblical story of creation taught in schools instead of evolution." Now this is the type of thing that just makes me pissed.
