Australia's Perth Mint minted an outstanding jigsaw commemorative coin that was struck with the aims of marking the 220th anniversary of the First Fleet's arrival in New Holland. According to the report made by the European Commission, the amount of fake euro coins increased by 29 percent in 2007 in comparison with 2006. Authorities were able to seize from circulation 211,000 counterfeit euro coins. It is worth mentioning that in 2006 authorities were able to pull off 163,800 fake coins.
