These INS idiots just prove my theory that anyone placed in a position of authority, whether real or imagined, craves that position subconsciously, not for what good they can do for society, but for what kind of hurt they can impose on others.

It's purely psychological.

Hence why 90% of cops I know are complete assholes, and why the manager guy in "Office Space" was so friggin hillarious.
