This is a help desk training session..with a twist. For all the techies out there who have either worked a help desk or pretty much anyone who has had to call into one this is a must see video. I do recommend downloading the file and watching it locally, though, due to it's large size (~15mb) and poor streaming.

I don't know if anyone else has seen this, but it is a fairly humerous spoof on the series of commercials Apple started running a year or so ago. This one is the 'Apple Gamer.'
