] per-diem landscapers, construction workers or ditch
] diggers.

] The pair of Mexican natives sat and hoped for some
] contractor to drive along Clifton Avenue, stop in front
] of their perch at the corner of First Street and offer a
] job.

] They just want to work, they say.
]
] To do that, though, they have no choice but to wait at
] Lakewood's unofficial muster zone.
]
] That's a problem.
