Tunnelling Windows services
I've had quite a bit of feedback concerning this problem and proposed
solutions. In fact, some have declared it solved, though I have not
been able to make the ssh solution work for me.

William Mark Smith suggested a solution
using stunnel. It does seem to work,
though I would prefer a simpler putty-based one.
