Larry Bowers, a Colorado resident, has filed a class action lawsuit against the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), Formula One Group, Formula One Administration, Michelin Tires and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway following Sunday’s United States Grand Prix.

In the end, nearly 1M people who attended the event got screwed and nearly 250M people who watch the event had their time wasted. It's not as bad as the NHL, but the FIA's definitely set themselves back about 5 years in terms of making Formula One relavent in the biggest consumer market on the planet.
