Well, orders through Amazon have definitely delivered, as I have the book in my hands right now. Euh. Some good analysis over on Volokh.com. The main objection I'm seeing and agreeing with (beyond the obvious 'we know nothing about her') is that she's never argued in front of the Supreme Court or had to really consider questions of Constitutional law.
