This is one of the most surprising tech stories I've seen in a while. Gates plans to focus on computer security and privacy. Did they finally get a clue over there? Hrm... This is fucking awesome. It totally solves the multi-homing problem with no need to rework IP addressing, and extensions to allow for dynamic changes to associations will fix the mobile IP roaming problem as well. You will not use TCP anymore in 5 years. Stream Control Transmission Protocol |

Rock. HP is playing around with augmented reality technology that allows you to tie audio messages to a physical location.
