Chertoff said that he had taken a special interest in tracking small aircraft and boats coming to U.S. shores and suggested that such aircraft would be the easiest way for terrorists to deliver a nuclear attack on the United States.

Couldn't the same weapon be brought over the Mexican or Canadian border on foot or in a Tunnel? Please... these measures are just another self-fulfilling prophecy to keep the DHS in "power" and spreading more fear to try to control the American People.

Security screeners at Denver International Airport have some explaining to do. Last month, Transportation Security Administration screeners failed to find simulated weapons and explosive materials carried through by undercover agents roughly nine times out of 10.

Morris' explanation doesn't quite match up with a study by the Department of Homeland Security's Office of Inspector General and the US Government Accountability Office, though, which in 2006 discovered widespread failures very similar to those uncovered by the Red Team at DEN.

TSA Fails tests 90% of the time at Denver Airport (DEN)

A uniformed flight attendant was arrested at Dulles International Airport after she turned herself in for allegedly carrying a concealed handgun aboard a flight from Atlanta, authorities said Saturday.

The Transportation Security Administration, the FBI and other law enforcement agencies were investigating how the gun passed through security unnoticed in Atlanta, TSA spokesman Barry Phelps said. Flight attendants have to go through the same security procedures as all other passengers, he said.

Yet another reason Kip Hawley is an idiot.
