HATFIELD, England – In the search for Earth-like planets, astronomers zeroed in Tuesday on two places that look awfully familiar to home. One is close to the right size. The other is in the right place. European researchers said they not only found the smallest exoplanet ever, called Gliese 581 e, but realized that a neighboring planet discovered earlier, Gliese 581 d, was in the prime habitable zone for potential life.
And the Christian Scientists go insane!!!! Scientists discover a nearly Earth-sized planet |

"Twitter has also become a social activism tool for socialists, human rights groups, communists, vegetarians, anarchists, religious communities, atheists, political enthusiasts, hacktivists and others to communicate with each other and to send messages to broader audiences," the report said.
because GOD KNOWS, they'd never use GPG/Email/SMS or Cell phones... Twitter is already used by some members to post and/or support extremist ideologies and perspectives. Extremist and terrorist use of Twitter could evolve over time to reflect tactics that are already evolving in use by hacktivists and activists for surveillance. This could theoretically be combined with targeting.
Don't forget, those of us who use it to keep up with each other must be terrorists too! I guess we need to have some encryption for Twitter now... Anyone? U.S. Army warns of twittering terrorists | Latest Security News - CNET News |

I don't live anywhere near the junction of those two streets, so nothing that is said about either really is talking about me... or the 98% of Americans that don't live on either of those streets... -- Common Sense - the ULTIMATE oxymoron. RE: At the corner of Main and Wall... |

A video that shows young boys being trained in kidnapping and assassination was discovered during a raid on an al-Qaeda safe house in Iraq, the U.S. military said Tuesday. The video shows about 20 boys wearing ski masks and carrying pistols, assault rifles and rocket-propelled grenade launchers. In some cases the weapons appear to dwarf the youngsters carrying them.null
I just ran across this from February of this year. It's kind of freaky to watch the terrorist training of young, impressionable boys. The next generations of Islam-fascists. It would be nice to know that our next president is going to take care of this generation, should they talk to them, or eradicate them? Apple in a bind over its DNS patch? | News - Security - CNET News.com |

Three weeks after the disclosure of a serious flaw within the Domain Name System (DNS), Apple has yet to patch its MAC OS X operating system, but the company may be able to look to a third party in defense. -snip- In an e-mail to CNET News, Mogull said "Apple may be stuck between a rock and a hard place on this one, but they've chosen the worst possible option--remaining silent."
Say it isn't so?!!!? Apple has a problem with security? They can't figure out the patch? Staying silent??? Wow, that's NEW! Come on Apple, act like a thought leader, not some has-been wanna be, who can't admit that there are flaws in ALL software... The time for arrogance is over, get with the program. The current fix, is to forward all DNS requests to a patched system, from a DIFFERENT vendor, such as Microsoft, Linux, or Unix. How long until the corporations realize that Apple doesn't care if they're vulnerable, as long as Apple doesn't admit the vulnerabilities?
