I found this tonight, combing over various blogs, and I'll have to say that it cut right to the bone, illuminating the trials and tribulations of one man's fight with drug addiction. While I don't pretend to have any experience in my own life I can even remotely begin to assume to have a parallel to this story of addiction, I found it both fascinating and harrowing -- having been through something similar with a friend who hit bottom and we bailed out, only to have him turn against us.
I only hope that everyone who faces down an addiction like this finds the way out in a faster method. Kevin is truly a better man than I was.
