Samsung is taking fuel cell technology for notebooks to the next level by showcasing a new DMFC (Direct Methanol Fuel Cell) dock that can power a Q35 ultraportable notebook for 8 hours a day for a full month. According to Samsung press release, the fuel cell has an energy density of 650Wh/L and total energy storage of 1,200Wh.

In fact, the author himself posted the synopsis of it on amazon.com (where I've had it preordered for months... *sigh*) and there was some funny story about a mixup with Penguin that had it taken down and then it was put back the next day or something. Caltrain passengers should expect 20 to 30 minute delays this morning, after a pedestrian was struck and killed by a northbound train this morning in Mountain View, a spokesman for the agency said.

For these teddy bears, it was no picnic. On Tuesday night, at a tourist attraction called Wookey Hall Caves in western England, Barney, a Doberman pinscher guard dog, briefly ran amok among a collection of teddy- bears, including a 1909 German Steiff bear called Mabel that was reputed to have belonged, once upon a time, to Elvis Presley.
