Sun's new open-source license; they haven't yet committed to
releasing Solaris 10 under this but it sounds like that's the idea. They've submitted it to OSI; it sounds like it is definitely not GPL-compatible. I'm not sure if it even matters; does anyone think Solaris code ending up in the Linux kernel or vice-versa would be a good thing?
