Production for me means both inspiring and managing the creative process of a song for an artist or band from chords, notes, scribbles and ideas into a living breathing thing. Even more fleshed out songs need a producer’s vision and passion to take them from good to great.Each project is different and brings to the table different challenges. It definitely comes down to understanding between artist and producer and trust plays a big role. This means some ground work (coffee and beer) is sometimes needed to make sure we can work together. I’ve produced all the work posted on this site so please have a listen.
