On August 31, the morning after former New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani addressed the Republican National Convention, MSNBC.com's "Question of the Day" offered only two possible answers -- both assuming that participants support the Bush-Cheney '04 ticket. The poll question asked: "Did Rudy Giuliani's speech reassure you or move you to support the Bush-Cheney ticket?" The two response choices were: (1) "Reassure"; and (2) "Move you to support."
