I saw a link to this in Schneier's latest Crypto-Gram newsletter, and it made me laugh. It's a beautiful visual representation of why security needs to think about the "weakest link" principle. Hehe, There are places on GT campus to do this. Security: The Weakest Link |

I hope to see some of the memstreams regulars there! I'm very pleased to see Stank presenting disposable email system. It is an needed service, and a cool idea. I will not be at Interz0ne, because I am attending the O'Reilly Emerging Technology conference (See earlier meme http://www.memestreams.net/users/acidus/blogid4810557), which is Monday - Thursday immediately after Interz0ne. I will not be at Interz0ne, because I need to use that time to do a weeks worth of group work. However my evenings are free and there a lots of folks I walk to see like Stank, Strick, and Virgil. ] WASHINGTON - The Bush administration has been flying ] surveillance drones over Iran for nearly a year to seek ] evidence of nuclear weapons programs and detect ] weaknesses in air defenses, according to three U.S. ] officials with detailed knowledge of the secret effort. ] ] The small, pilotless planes, penetrating Iranian airspace ] from U.S. military facilities in Iraq, use radar, video, ] still photography and air filters designed to pick up ] traces of nuclear activity to gather information that is ] not accessible to satellites, the officials said. Aerial ] espionage is standard in military preparations for an ] eventual air attack and is also employed as a tool for ] intimidation. I am antsy about Iran's quest for nuclear materials, but I believe the country will collapse before they get a bomb. However, Bush's actions are certainly freaking me out. How to add/modify/remove buzzcard accounts from building access. The system name is Continuum. I was mistaken, when I didn't call it in an article that does not exits, Osiris. Ran across this page while trying to figure out the prefix used by GATECH Buzzcards for Stripe Snoop. I never knew the "60177000" number was called a "Site ID." IATA documentation is *very* boring. Anyway, Boarding Passes and Plane Tickets are now supported by SS 2.0. Grab the CVS tree from sf.net if you want. The initial issue of Make launches in March, but supposedly is available in the bay area now. I'm rushing to get SS 2.0 out, it will most likely be out this weekend. I've been looking for something like this for months. Its the standard defining the layout of the 4 (yes 4) tracks used in all Automatic Ticketinng and Boarding passing, by the IATA. Sadly this one is for Sailing and Train travel, but they document states the format closely models airline tickets. 3:30am is much too early to parse so terse a standard IATA ATB Magstripe Standard |
