] ATLANTA, Georgia (CNN) -- Former Atlanta Mayor Bill
] Campbell has been indicted on corruption charges,
] including breaking campaign finance rules, wire fraud,
] mail fraud and bribery, federal prosecutors said Monday.

] The seven-count indictment, which a federal grand jury
] handed down August 18, was unsealed Monday.
]
] A racketeering count alleges Campbell took more than one
] bribe and accuses him of organizing and leading criminal
] activity that involved five or more participants. He is
] also accused of abusing "his position of public trust."

For those not from Atlanta, several members of Bill Campbell's staff have been arrested and convicted over the last 6 years on various corruption charges. I'm pleased to the see big fish getting caught.
