] ] recovery of Microsoft's legal expenses. speaking not as a lawyer, of course, i think this was pretty inevitable. the guy chose his name specifically to enrage microsoft. now, i don't know if the name is confusing enough to dilute the Windows trademark, or whatever the metric is for infringement, but he was certainly asking for it. |
