hey! yea my family had the same problem with the whiteboard...my brother was being stupid and was writing me a little message and being a smartass...using permanent marker...when we tried erasing it, it wouldn't come off and thats when we realized...he'd used a sharpie!!!

anyway my brother felt kinda bad so he looked up on the internet how to erase it and found this posting!!!!! lol
