Thank you American press corps for dutifully not asking questions about the stock transactions.... Honestly, it was probably a dead lead. They probably decided to drop it for the sake of the privacy of the people who made the trades. I'm assuming you trust them. :)

The Washington Times seems to be the only news org still beating this drum. (I'm not sure they are really a well respected new source.) Linked here is a story they ran recently. Googling on this will garner a few sites with lots of information and theories. They seem to know that the stuff came from a nation with an advanced bio-weapons program, but there is no futher information. Basically, the guy has gotten away with it, and for whatever reason hasn't done it again.
