J.G. Wentworth, the largest acquirer of structured settlement payments, today announced that it has sent a letter (see below) and model legislative act developed by the National Association of Settlement Purchasers to all 50 state attorneys general calling for state court approval and disclosure of the terms of any structured settlement transaction.
