Ok, if I got my facts straight.. The kid has just been placed under house detention and is being "monitored electronically". I'm guessing that means one of those leg band things that can tell if he leaves his house.

I look at it this way. The FBI has captured a real live script kiddie. They have tagged him, and released him back into his natural environment for further study. It almost sounds scientific when you put it like that.
