At IDMB, Extract is slightly preferred:

At Netflix, the average ratings go the other way:
Idiocracy: Average of 730,640 ratings: 3.2 stars

lol, perhaps that explains it. I have not seen idiocracy, but my sister didn't like it so I stayed away. I'll admit to having had a few before watching Extract, but the humor was similar to Office Space in some respects and that is one of my favorite movies.
