A comment on the following from the article:

This is not necessarily true. There are African cultures in which "drooping, sagging breasts" show that an "older" woman has successfully been capable of raising children -- which now must be respected in the culture.

respect is not the same thing as sexually desired.

Good point, although in this specific culture, whether or not "sexiness" is socially more desireable than "social respect" (which I do not know), it still goes to show that there is indeed a factor "for" growing these socially respectable breasts, rather than "against".
