] International Business Machines Corp.'s (nyse: SCOX -
] news - people) right to use and distribute software based
] on Unix, intensifying a legal dispute over the rights of
] companies worldwide to the popular Linux operating
] system.

If this goes to court, it will probably bankrupt SCO. Remember that the government tried to sue IBM once ... and gave up after 9 years!
