] Summerland and walked to a nearby coffee shop.

] Within moments of parking, the van was towed with the
] girl inside.

] Authorities said that the tow truck driver was about 7
] blocks from the convenience store when he noticed a loose
] strap on the vehicle. When he pulled over to fix the
] strap, the driver noticed the girl in the van eating a
] lollipop.
