I saw this and thought that it was a great thought (especially coming from Buffett), but the problem is that even though Warren's tax rate is 1/10 his receptionist's, his tax bill is an order of magnitude greater than his receptionist's. Nice try. Yes, tax cuts always favor the rich. Don't ever listen to anyone tell you otherwise. Whether that actually helps stimulate the economy is anyone's guess. I'm glad that it's only for 5 years. I think the dividend tax is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. It will skew investment into brick n morter business instead of technology, and will likely pull technology companies into issuing a dividend instead of investing in R&D. Dumb dumb dumb.
