i've basically stopped flying. and you know why? cause it *used* to be a convenient, fun, and exciting experience. i suppose it is still exciting, but not in a good way. so this is a great site to browse and find the "other" means of travel (besides plane and automobile).

when will the bureaucracy of the TSA disappear? *sigh* probably never. i dream of the lighter less-safe travel days of yore.
