We will roll your new or used bat to achieve optimal break in, increasing distance 20-40 feet on average. We use a parallel controlled bat rolling machine that breaks in the entire barrel of your bat. We are the first and one of the only bat rolling companies to utilize Perpendicular Rolling followed by Parallel Rolling. Some say that Parallel rolling machines will put undo stress on the bat (and this is true with longer rollers) but we use the 200 PCCR which has only a 6 inch roller. This bat rolling machine rolls perpendicular and then parallel. When rolled parallel the sweetspot is rolled and actually breaks in the spots that a perpendicular roll will miss. We make about 300 bat rolling passes on the surface of your bat (perpendicular and parallel). While bat rolling we gradually increase the pressure to give a consistent break in and increased durability. We have bat rolled over 1400 bats and have developed the best techniques to optimize the distance and durability of your bat.
