Bush is ] even a little bit crazy. I do believe his judgment is ] flawed, but that's a matter of opinion. I could be wrong. ] It could be that my judgment, not his, is flawed. ] ] The 25th Amendment, passed and ratified in the mid-1960s, ] attempts to deal with the problem of a disabled ] president. In the case of physical disabilities, there ] seems to be not much of a problem. But how about mental ] disabilities? Not that I agree with any of this article but it is good to read alternate thoughts. |
