I've been looking at operational stuff recently. Google Apps is a no brainer for what I need.

Careful, not only are those apps not very stable (I can't tell you how many HOURS of work I have lost when spreadsheets or presentations did not "save" my last edits), but there's no offline version, so good luck trying to work on something during a flight.
