That's like when the Navy posts things on their webpage that I need to be briefed for. I need to get briefed before I can go anywhere NEAR one of the subs we're building, but all the 'secret' information is already up on the Navy's web page. The gov't is just not smart about keeping things quiet. It's all about bragging rights.
