yeah, my mother thought he was a perv! she told me that any person who asked me what shoes and overcoat he should be wearing.. to stay far, far, far away from. she forbid me from watching him and i was even grounded once for sneaking home to watch it ;-(

hmm... I thought my parents were a bit obsessive when it came to stuff like that.

If you know anything about Rogers, you'd realize that he was truly a kind and rather inspired person. Despite being a Christian minister, he was actually very progressive in his stances on a lot of issues and was basically a defender of childhood. I can respect that a lot.

Although I never liked the show much. It seemed to be a ripoff of CBC's Mr. Dressup, which RAWKED!
