I am thinking I am also going to plant some veggie plants or berries this week. Anyway....looks impressive! Jello wrote:
Today's harvest.
I would suggest three things to grow, and its not too late: 1) Tomato plant. Go out and get one thats relatively mature, since its late. Put it in a big pot with some potting soil. You won't want for tomatoes for months. 2) Pepper plant. My favorite are banana peppers. Same recommendation as the tomatoes. 3) Green onions. Can grow these in a bucket, or pot. Plant onion shoots close together. These make salads AWESOME and grow very, very fast. Pumpkins are neat, but you won't have any till fall. You can be eating all summer with those three plants. |
