I disagree with him on the access to future networks issue (why should that not be unbundled as well?) but it's obvious that he realizes just how stupid the rest of the commission is and is finally letting the nation know that it's not him that's causing all the pain and suffering. I didn't think the decision could get more idiotic until they said that they were basically washing their hands of the problems and letting the states deal with it.
