I realized today when I was in the locker room after a hockey game and everyone on my team was ragging on the peace loving hippies that are anti-war that I'm not so sure I'm anti-war. (despite being the token lefty on the team) I think war is atrocious. It's a complete waste of resources and time and human life. It should never be the answer to any question. I particularly think that this situation with Iraq isn't about oil, or territorial control, or Israel, or revenge for Daddy, or even about peace and security in the middle east. I think it's about beating up the bully on the playground before the bully beats us up. But I still can't figure out why it's our problem. In the end though, I hope the French get the first SCUD.
