It doesn't look like we'll be getting a Harold & Kumar 3 for a while: Kal Penn has quit acting. But it's not for the Joaquin Phoenix reasons or even the Viggo Mortensen reasons. Penn is taking a job in the White House.

Kumar escapes Guantanamo Bay, and lands in the White House.

That weird ass "House" I saw on Monday makes more sense now.
