This case seems pretty cut-and-dry, so the verdict is unsurprising.

As I mentioned on my stream I don't agree with this assessment. Privacy is a matter of degrees. There is a difference between posting something on a personal blog that is read by a handful of people and running it in the newspaper. The notion of privacy as a binary concept is not reasonable and will not work in the digital age.
