You don't have an inalienable right to be vulnerable to communicable diseases. This question was resolved in the 1800s.

Her name is Deborah Alfano. She is an advocate of universal vaccination. That is another way of saying she does not believe you should have a choice when it comes to vaccinations.

Executive Order RP65, issued February 2, 2007, directs that all girls entering the sixth grade receive an immunization against HPV.

Other states would be wise to follow the same path.

Why thank you for the recap - somehow, I missed this entire discussion - although looking at the dates on the threads, I now think I know *why* I missed all this. The time in which this conversation/argument/discussion was occurring, I actually had just proved that part of my data was not what I thought it was. I observed a phenotype that I attributed to my inhibition of a particular functional domain within a protein. And oh the irony....I had just discovered around the time of this thread that the phenotype was actually due to thimerosal - which is not only found in vaccines, but is also used in a variety of biomedical labs across the world for inhibiting growth of bacteria/fungus/etc in reagents. I guess after that, I was avoiding all things thimerosal:)
