Using the infrared camera in the Wii remote and a head mounted sensor bar (two IR LEDs), you can accurately track the location of your head and render view dependent images on the screen.

Holy shit, that's cool!

As a side note, you don't need to even watch the video to know that this guy is an uber-geek with brains to spare. He's got a fireplace and a huge living room, but the only piece of furniture is a table with a big ass TV on it.
